The Position

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to support a diverse range of talent acquisition initiatives in our Torino, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices. This internship is suitable for students with strong interpersonal and communication skills who aspire to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce industry environment.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support recruitment initiatives by updating the recruitment system, post job advertising, sourcing applicant, applicant screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Research on new recruitment channels to expand the candidate pools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners or agencies.
  • Communicate with candidates about position related questions and manage the onboarding process.
  • Handle employee contract documentation and visa related questions.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required).
  • Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Enjoy working with people in a diverse environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

 

Please note that this is an unpaid internship which is to be undertaken for a period of three months dependent upon the availability of the candidate. Whilst full time would be preferred, we are also willing to offer the role to students who are able to work part time (20 office hours per week). Due to the nature of this role, we are unable to offer visas to applicants. Whilst this internship is unpaid, trainees will receive extensive exposure all facets of recruitment and training from our experienced and dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for students to gain valuable experience of working within a market leading company, whilst learning key transferable skills in both recruitment and e-commerce industries.
