The Position

We are looking for a front desk receptionist with outgoing, positive and professional attitude. He/she will be interacting in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese on a daily basis.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Front-desk management; welcome guests and interviewees
  • Answer incoming phone calls, copy documents, fax and handle daily office correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and express courier packages
  • Provide and track office supplies for company employees
  • Responsible for setting finger prints and key-cards for new employees
  • Check monthly attendance record to payroll team timely and accurately.
  • Meeting room management
  • Support company events and meetings by ordering food and supplies
  • Good search skills about online shopping
  • Handle printing related needs for each department
  • Provide administrative supports to other departments as needed

 

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese (oral and written)
  • Enthusiastic attitude and a team player
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to organize multiple tasks, effectively meet deadlines and display high attention to detail
  • Must be able to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively and display a high degree of common sense
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics and ability to work with confidential information, tight deadlines and in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
