POSITION MISSION

The focus of this job is on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency are built through the structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weekly/Monthly reporting on affiliate marketing activities
  • In charge of the sales validation process for all affiliate networks
  • Assist with scheduling regular e-mail marketing blasts
  • Day-to-day affiliate program management, including accepting new affiliates to the program, and notifying all affiliates about new campaigns, promotions, or terms

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with a routine, following processes, and meeting regular deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, to self-prioritize work streams.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and/or business; prior experience is a plus.
