The Position

We are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to support recruitment activities as well as office administrative matters. He/She will be involved in a diversed range of HR functions: training and development, compensation and benefits, employee branding and engagement. This training programme is suitable for students or recent graduates with a strong interpersonal and communication skills who aspire to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce industry environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment initiatives by updating the recruitment system, researching recruitment channels, posting job advertising, managing interview and on-boarding process.
  • Communicate with our external partners and vendors in supporting the recruitment process.
  • Manage office accounts, expenses and invoices and produce monthly reports for the Finance department.
  • Assist employees with any issues they may be facing or enquiries they may have.
  • Administer office day to day activities and maintenance (i.e. social events, photo shoots, office purchases).
  • Organise employee work and holiday schedule and make sure it is communicated across other functions and offices as well as to payroll office.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required).
  • Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills with great attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Interest in e-commerce, eyewear and/or fashion industry.
