(Home-based) Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist 

We are the world's leading eyewear e-retailer currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to interact with our customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries and requests about products, services and promotions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

  • Work with customers daily primarily via email, with some through live chat and phone.
  • Handle retail customer service inquiries for the Spanish speaking markets. Includes style of glasses, sunglasses, prescription questions, order status, warranty issues, etc.
  • Introduce customers to purchase higher priced items, upgrades, or other add-ons to make more profitable sales.
  • Respond to 100 customer contacts a day.

 

Mandatory experience, technical and soft skills 

  • Fluency in verbal and written Spanish; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Availability for 20 hours a week with flexible shifts (weekends and/or evening)
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
  • High speed stable internet connection
