Overview Summary – Global Affiliate Marketing Manager (Remote)
We are seeking a Manager to lead our global affiliates & partnerships marketing team. To be responsible for the sourcing, onboarding, development & growth of all new & existing affiliate partners for our global eyewear business. You will serve as an expert internally in affiliate & partner development, and be the main point of contact for our biggest partners worldwide. To succeed you should a be sharp, self-motivated achiever, charismatic and a strong negotiator with a keen interest in e-commerce growth strategies. You should be a career driven individual, looking to develop your own leadership skills and constantly on the lookout for new business and deals that will have a profound impact on the company.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead our affiliate & partnerships program, including onboarding new affiliates & partners, optimizing existing relationships & reporting on performance
- Grow the existing portfolio - always be looking for new ways to develop, grow & broaden relationships with existing affiliates.
- Grow the channel - hunt for new partners using existing systems & employing creative out-of-the-box thinking.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all regular activities and new initiatives run smoothly
- Conceptualize & execute bold large scale campaigns with key partners & internal stakeholders to increase sales
- Regular reporting to the head of performance marketing & other stakeholders in the company on performance & initiatives.
- Establish new best practices & SOPs for the affiliate marketing channel.
- Acquire, retain & nurture talent for the affiliate marketing team.
Required Skills & Experience.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing/Communications, Business or Science.
- 3-7 years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership sales, preferrably for an e-commerce company
- Experience with major affiliate networks (for example: Commission Junction, Awin)
- Strong negotiating skills: Must be comfortable with C-level negotiations & maintaining relationships with top decision makers in other companies.
- Entrepreneurial/Business driven mindset - able to creatively think of ways to grow affiliate revenue & always put the business first.
- Proven experience in sales/business development/account management
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in excel
- Top tier english communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver.

Work Location
Depending upon the applicant’s country of residence, we are flexible on work-from-home arrangements for the right candidate. However, candidates must be in the Asia Pacific / Hong Kong time-zone (GMT +7 to GMT +9) or be available from 9-6pm (GMT+8).
