We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Optical Video Content Creator (Remote) based in South Africa.

If you’ve recently graduated with an optometry degree and have experience and a true passion for content creation, then we’re looking for you.

We’re on the hunt for a video content creator to be the face of our company. You’ll specialize in creating educational short and long-form videos on all things optical-related. Think eye health, general eyewear questions, tech tools, high-quality lenses and aftercare guides.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Video editing/ video content creation experience
Proficient in video production and video-related equipment
Familiar with producing short/long-form videos for social media channels

Qualifications

Has a medical educational background/ knowledge in eye care.
An Optician or Optometrist university study is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effortlessly collaborate with others,
Capable of receiving creative direction and handling criticism related to work
Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing project timelines and deadlines, and handling cross-department communications related to video projects.
